Cooking With Table 3

Chef Rico has decided to spice things up a bit and give you a taste of what the rest of the talented Table 3 Chefs have to offer. Chef Rico will still be involved in each dinner, but now the other chefs will be contributing their creativity to the classes.

As always, there will be a dinner theme, but with a different Table 3 Chef demonstrating each course. The classes will continue to be on the third Thursday of the month, with the exception of January.

Cooking with Rico: New England Seafood and Clambake

Clam BakeThe New England clam bake is a traditional method of cooking seafood such as lobster, mussels, crabs, clams, and quahogs—often supplemented with vegetables, such as onions, carrots, and corn on the cob. For this Cooking with Table 3 event, Chef Tony will show us how to get traditional clambake results at home without setting the yard on fire or going through the pains of heating stones and gathering seaweed like the Wampanoag Indians did. This classic delicious menu is perfect for Summer family gatherings and Chef Tony will show you some “tricks of the trade” to make it a great hit. This special event will be hosted on our lovely patio between the Barn and Cedar Street Café at 420 Main Street. This is one that’s not to be missed. *Credit card information will be taken at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance. Refunds will be made in the form of a Table 3 gift card to be used in one of our restaurants or for a future special event dinner.
